Certified Resident

Noise reduction from other tenants its minimal due to poor wall material insulation. Maintenance were slow to Read Morefix problems. ex. plumery issues. Would say they will come at a specific hour, and I would end up calling back the following day regarding the specified time. Hot water would shut off sporadically in the middle of winter.
