The Gailmore and Elmwood Apartments offer classically restored L.A. studios & 1 bedrooms. This vintage brick apartment house was fully renovated (new bathrooms, kitchens, etc.) while carefully preserving its vintage charms unique to the 1920's. Our responsive maintenance and management team are a renter's dream - no fuss, pride of ownership is evident throughout our properties. We're also centrally located - our residents enjoy a 7 minute walk to Larchmont Village's trendy shops and restaurants. At The Gailmore you too can find yourself comfortably at the center of it all: Downtown, Hollywood, Silverlake and West Hollywood's dining & night life are all minutes away! Our residents are responsible for electricity as well as a portion of the common area - approx. $15 a month.
