However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds, dogs resembling these breeds, or mixes of these breeds: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.

Several items are always broken, gate to entrance broken, garage gate broken, intercom has never worked, broke Read Moren rocks' all over the complex, broken tiles in the elevator for about 2+ months, heated pool that is not heated..It is beyond ridiculous to pay close to $4000 a month almost $50,000 a year at a complex that is so poorly managed and maintained. Unresponsive management, poor communication, and after living here for almost 2 years there has never been a time where everything operates..including the safety of a gate and a garage being left open for days if not weeks on end.
