Certified Resident

Management is awesome and timely. Having an on-site manager (Sabrina) in a building with many occupants is cr Read Moreucial to handle mishaps as well as noise issues that may arise. Paul, manager is very kind and a compassionate guy and their maintenance professional is awesome. The location is the best for freeway access, 15 mins drive to Venice, and is in a good walking area to Culver City shops and Theaters. Parks are close by--too. And don't forget to walk/bike to Baldwin Scenic Overlook!
