Kitchen appliances were very outdated. Building location, apartment floor plan and overall size were excellent Read More. My side of the building had a noise issue due to a large exterior venting system from a neighboring hotel.

I would have given a rating of excellent if the elevator repairs were better. They have been slow (contractor Read More only works a few hours a week), in disarray (a unique set of call buttons for each of the two current elevators), and once completed the elevators show no improvement (just as slow as before & same interior). The staff of Museum Tower is great! The interior of the building is sad and needs to be completely remodeled. The exterior could use some enhancement in front & California Plaza

Pros: Good location, well managed apartment condition. fast repair service. Free electricity. low utility.

Cons: small size than competitive apartment around Museum tower, Fan noise from Omni hotel. Limitted parking lot. lack of laundry room. No fan in kitchen.
