Palms Caribbean Apartments Overview

Best price, best location, best deal in Palms area! Close to everything, center of Los Angeles, great access to the beach! We have a great building in Palms about a half a mile south of Santa Monica Fwy, near Trader Joes. The Studios are around the corner, so are shops and restaurants. The economic situation has hit us hard and we have more vacancies than we bargained for. We know all the gimmicks like free rent and low move-in fees, but I told the owner, Lets forget the gimmicks and price the apartments so low it will knock their socks off. He said, Over my dead body. Well, I don't care what the boss says. If you can find a better apartment in the Palms area for less than we offer, rent it. And we're not chintzy about the way we maintain our units. Our painter calls himself Rembrandt and our fix-it guy must drive 90 mph the way he gets out so fast to do what he has to do. I've got a super-duper special, but you must see me before I spill the beans.
