The leasing and move-in process were extremely easy. We had no trouble at any point in the process. I love t Read Morehat there are 2 levels of parking garage with ample spaces; we don't have to street park! The building is very quiet. I know I have neighbors, but I've never heard them. I love this part of Koreatown; the rest of the city is easily accessible and the nearby restaurants and coffee shops are superb. It's a great place to live!

Regency Palm Court is a comfortable quiet environment for me. As a grad student, that's very important and I'm Read More very satisfied thus far. Keep it up.

This is a reasonable 'OK' place for one person to live. What I like: 1) the location is great; 2) the mana Read Moreger is very kind and supportive; 3) the rent fee is reasonable; 4) the community is generally quiet although I recently started to hear annoying loud voices/noises. What I don't like: Compare to other apartments in the Koreatown with a similar rent fee 1) Small floor plan and room size. It is almost same size as my previous student housing but the rent is twice more expensive; 2) Poor floor design. Unless you use the blind or a sheer curtain your entire living room, kitchen, and bedroom will be clearly visible to people outside. 3) Except for the laundry room, there is no community feature. No gym. No swimming pool. 4) Other than the rent fee, I need to pay extra facility management fee (e.g. trash, sewer, water, etc). With all these extra fees, I'm not sure if the rent fee is reasonable for this small floor plan.
