The maintenance/support/management services are reliable and good. However, they show no loyalty or reward lo Read Moreng-term residents. I have stayed at Waterstone for 2 years and my rent has increased by over 20%. It seems the owner(s) just care about making money.

Location is convenient but in a bad neighborhood, though apartment quality itself is nice, would be better if Read Morethe countertops/cabinets were nicer. The main employee in the office was good, however the other man was not. On numerous occasions he didn't seem to know what he was talking about, was rude, and unapologetic. The maintenance was good. The gym was small. I thought rent was unnecessarily high though given the location.

Location was great--close to freeways, the beach, and down town. Felt decently safe. Price reasonable, conside Read Morering the location. Maintenance requests were responded to in reasonable amounts of time. Most residents were peaceful and quiet.

I thought this place was ghetto compared to the image it put out. Had meth heads living next door, one who jum Read Moreped out of a 3rd story unit, I witnessed the whole thing. A lot of homeless people, not judging, just a lot of money to pay in that circumstance. Not comfortable walking around the area. Etc Etc Etc
