At the Capri building, the pool temperature is always much colder than pool temperature at the Dolphin buildin Read Moreg and the hottub (although clean) looks green and mildew covered so guests are always dubious about taking a dip. Maintenance requests ALWAYS take forever and require a follow-up call EVERY time.

When management presented us with a renewal lease (with a rent increase), they failed to inform us that, durin Read Moreg the course of the next year, major construction would be commenced on Panay Way which would have cause severe disruption for several months and eventually blocked our view of the marina. They failed to return any of our security deposit, claiming that after only one year, it needed a paint job, new carpeting, etc., despite the fact that we put in laminate flooring at our own expense.
