They were updating all apartments to new interior cabinets, molding ceilings, etc. I was never made aware of Read Morethis or offered for an upgrade. Rent was raised every 6 months.

Overall - it's a great place to live. For the most part it is a quiet neighborhood and the office staff are un Read Morebelievably nice and helpful. The only thing I don't like is being able to hear the people in the apartments around me, but that's apartment living. No problems when I rented the studio and the 1 bdr is really nice.

We had a very enjoyable time staying at The Beach House Apartments. The grounds were well cared for, the parki Read Moreng was plentiful, and the staff at the leasing off was very kind and helpful. The only reason that I give it a good is because during the summer, the noise was a bit excessive and the price for the size/amenities was pretty expensive.

The rental office is closed most of the time. It says on the door, from 9am to 5pm, but no one is there and it Read More is locked even at 4pm. So if there is any issue, good luck reaching the building associates! residents are loud and inconsiderate and main office does not care to do anything about it. if there is an issue, you have to tell them 3 to 4 times to get their attention.

The management team and maintenance crew are top notch. The only downside I see is in the actual unit ... the Read Morere is a hotwater pipe under the kitchen floor which generates unwanted heat in the summer ... it's difficult to keep the place cool. In addition, the bathroom drain seems to vent unwanted fumes ... every afternoon upon return from my day ... the smell of the unit is not pleasant and needs to be aired out. These are tolerable but not "excellent" conditions.
