For the most part, everything has been perfect. Staff is awesome, building is clean and quiet. Very happy. Pri Read Morece is amazing for the size of the units. Area that it's located is so-so.

The apartment I lived in was converted into an illegal 2 bedroom apartment, the utilities continued to go up h Read Moreaving water-sewer and trash at approximatly $100.00 per month- which was absolutly rediculas! The manager would never give me a reson why the bills continued to rise. It was roach infested and disgusting. The location was so horrible it was not safe to walk out of your apartment at night. I will never rent at this place ever again and will not recommend this place to anyone.
