Prairie Villas Apartments Resident
Management was always kind, responsive and professional. The cost per square footage of the apartments was le Read Moress than other competitors and were spacious enough. Layout and appearance of the complex was more appealing than other complexes in the area. Overall, a good experience. Cons include average parking structure, lack of enforcement of pet waste policy even though the landscaping was adequate, busy intersection (pedestrians and cars) due to CSUN, and small fitness center.
