I would tell them that the parking situation is frustrating, but the facilities are overall comfortable. Lastl Read Morey, the ability to pay rent is frustrating, because the communication of late payments, or overage fees are not present. I've had late fees that were not being communicated to me through the online system or through the mail. I received a notice on my front door informing me of my late fee. when I called to speak to someone I left a message, and no one returned my call. I was only given 24 hours to pay the fee, so I did not have a choice but to pay without explanation of the payment required.

Since moving in in February March, I have been extremely pleased with all commodities especially locality. A Read Morell major access roads and walking distance to the beach. The gated community adds a great sense of safety to include ground security. Additionally the staff has been superb in every aspect.

We lived here for a year before moving out of state. The property manager and management in general are 100 t Read Moreo love. They are all friendly and really make you feel welcomed. It was nice to have space in our garage to place all of our extra boxes that we had no space for. The vinyl floor makes cleaning so easy, and all of the appliances are brand new. We loved that everyone had there own bathrooms and the mirrored closets are to love as well. Not once did we have any pest problems. Thank you for having us.
