Management walked into the apt the day we toured and smelled ciggerette smoke. Said they would re paint or mak Read Moree sure the smell was gone by the time we moved in asking us to change our move in date adding 3 days for them to do the work. The day we move in seems fine no smoke smell until the next morning we were coughing due to neighbors smokin indoors. I complained asked to be moved and they never resolved the cituation. I forcefully paid the lease break fee and moved

It changed ownership while I resided there and service level went down considerably. The property was not well Read More maintained at all. There were considerable sewer problems that were ongoing.

If you can name it I have seen it at the apartments.The new company is better. But! For some reason they repav Read Moreed the parking lots but never fixed the empty pond outside my patio that collected mosquitos which was horrible during summer. Plus they raised my rent when I redid my lease because I had a pond view. Also they don't check to see how many people actually live in each apartment. I had a family of six that lived below me in a one bedroom.
