The apartments are nice, and I haven't had many problems. It's a nice location right off the 10fwy. The Compl Read Moreex is fairly quiet which is nice. Some things that I don't favor. The lack of visitor parking, there are very few, and they Are always full. Utilities are expensive . I lived in a home prior to living here and my utilities were cheaper than they are here. They say there's security, but not once have I seen security.

The management staff at Tuscany Villiage is extremely poor trained in customer service. They are sweet and att Read Moreentive prior to signing a lease. As soon as you sign, be prepared to be ignored and lied to, as well as taken advantage of. We moved in to a 3 bedroom apt that needed a couple of details to be fixed (ie laminant in kitchen scratched, one tile off in bathroom). Things we thought were minor and were listed in our walkthrough. Never repaired! And lied to about work orders.

Rent kept going up and nothing new in my apartment. Utilities also kept going up. No individual meter for util Read Moreities, there fore, one may end up paying for bills not incurred. For example, if you take a one/two week vacation, you still pay utilities racked up by others.
