The apartments are very spacious, and the countertops and appliances are great. The property is kept up very n Read Moreicely, and all the amenities are wonderful. However, every time I have a maintenance issue, it's like pulling teeth to get it fixed. I got stuck in one of the elevators once, and when I told management, they didn't really care. I have had a lot of other issues with the staff that I won't go into.

Response time for minor repairs was acceptable, however major was completely unacceptable (2 months + for dish Read Morewasher being down and balcony above us needed to be demolished and rebuilt and when we reported safety issue and fact terrace missed skipped appointment to inspect we were told by manager that she had better things to do. Laundry card situation was disrespectful to residents and washing machines/gym in disrepair often.

My roommate and I were told that there is plenty of parking...this was not the case. We had to purchase an ad Read Moreditional parking spot to ensure we both got parking. Residents/guests also park in fire lanes, but nothing is done about it. Upon move out, we were told we had to pay to clean the apartment, pay to repaint, and also pay to get the carpet cleaned (approx $500)...none of which was mentioned in the lease. BE CAREFUL!!

We are sorry to read such dissatisfaction, but thank you for your review. We have open parking for 2nd vehicles, but it is first come first serve so we apologize if this was miscommunicated to you. In regards to move outs, there are necessary charges that need to be assessed in order to get the apartments back into move in condition. Did you complete a pre-inspection because this would have been discussed at this time. Feel free to call our office if you'd like to discuss this further.
