noise is the biggest problem, cheap thin walls (can hear all the neighbors), industrial $20 bathroom fans from Read More 19th century shake the whole apartment, management is limited in help, no feedback process, guest service is very poor, looks like client retention is not a pat of the strategy, some apartments have great ocean views that can be better leveraged in income statements. It is time to change your CEO to start with !

I feel safe here, and love living near the ocean. My biggest frustration is that the post office will not deli Read Morever packages to my door, and its hours are very limited. I often end up with packages returned to sender because either I am traveling, or am unable to get to the post office during hours of operation.
