The property is very well kept. Maintenance request are taken care of almost immediately. The units are a pre Read Moretty good size, my Cal-king bed fits plus an armoire & that says a lot!!! It does seem to me that the developer installed after market facilities. Such as bathroom face bowl, the faucet extends over the bowl so far, you can't put your face over bowl to wash & rinse. Also the tubs are so narrow... If you have hips don't plan on taking a bath, you can't sit in tub comfortably for bathing.

It's a nice, quiet and friendly neighborhood. The units are new and fresh. The maintenance engineer is efficie Read Morent and great. Only downside is that it is located along Palm Canyon which is a busy highway, but I'm located in one of the. Ack units, so I don't hear the traffic as badly as the front units do.
