Living at Avalon Del Mar Station puts my mind at ease because the community is very well managed. The communic Read Moreation between the leasing office and the residents are very thorough. The overall environment is beautiful and clean. The amenities available are very, very nice. I love the security of this place, the front entrance to the apartment is locked at all times, residents will need to buzz guests in; you even get underground gated parking. The location is excellent if city noise is not an issue for you. The apartment is walking distance to gas stations, grocery stores, coffee shops, bars, restaurants, tech stores, and even clothing stores. It is also conveniently located right at a train station for easy commute. I would continue living here as long as I can afford it.
