Leasing Terms

Lease terms: We currently offer 9 to 12 month leases.
Security deposits: One bedrooms $350 (OAC), Two bedrooms $450 (OAC).
Your pets (up to one dog or two cats) are welcome in select locations with an additional security deposit of $350 per pet and additional fee per month of $35. Breed restrictions may apply, and pets must be under 35 lbs. Call for details!

There are some very nice people in the office and they can be really great... That being said, I feel really i Read Moregnored and dismissed whenever I try to connect with management regarding issues. I don't pay very much, so I suppose you get what you pay for and that is okay. I am not sure if this is standard among apartments, but they do come and snipe through your apartment (closets, drawers, cabinets) they say that it is to see the overall condition of your apartment.

It was a very cost effective apartment complex. I didn't like the fact that we had an increase every contract Read More renewal period. I also didn't like the fact that every contract renewal, I would find errors in our personal information - initial deposit, pet information, monthly rent...ect. I had to go in and request corrections each time. Also, I left due to a job relocation, and they requested a 30 day notice. I wasn't given a 30 day notice from my job.

Kitchen cabinets falling apart. My free carpet cleaning was not done well! I am disabled, had no help and I h Read Moread everything moved and ready so they could do a good job.when I asked them to go over the some main walk areas, again, they were packed up and left. Have met several tenants that turn out to have huge social issues-do not hang out with any anymore-keep to my self. Not enough handicapped parking -only one at our end of complex

The leasing office staff was less than friendly; called maintenance multiple times due to poorly-maintained bu Read Moreilding; received several notices for issues that were not related to me (barking dog from next door, playing loud music at night, storing furniture in my garage, etc.) I had to fight for my deposit after I BROKE my lease to move, based on a stain on the kitchen counter that was there when I moved in and noted in the walk-through upon move-in.
