The biggest issue with these apartments is you do not get your deposit back because they find anyway to charge Read More you. Not only did I not get my deposit but I also was charged an extra $90 on top of it. When I stayed at other apartments I got my entire deposit back which gives you an idea of how good of a tenant I am.

Complained about things that did not apply to me, always have the water off for slab repairs. NOT fair on shar Read Moreed utility costs. Made me add my brothers on the policy because they were over alot because I babysit them just so they could make me pay more utilities..

The walls are extremely thin. I've lived in apartments all my life and have never had to deal with surrounding Read More neighbors so bad. I can hear every step the guy upstairs makes. I can tell when he does dishes and even when he opens and closes his closets. He stomps like a teenager throwing a tantrum, not to mention how bad my living room wall shakes when he and the other upstairs neighbor that uses these stairs to get to his door. It's as if they are running for their lives when going to their door

The utilities bill is outrageous. I've never rented where the cost of water/sewer/trash was over $50/mo. Her Read Moree they were usually in the $150 range - That's not even including electric, which needs to be paid separate.
About 1-2 times a month the water would be shut-off for 4-10 hours for repairs and maintenance.
Also, regardless if your lease is up, you need to make sure you communicate 60 days minimum before your lease is up that you do plan on moving out. Otherwise you're stuck paying more $

The grounds are absolutely beautiful and make this property worth the rent. It took them two days to tend to o Read Moreur plumbing needs (both toilets were not flushing) and when your toilets don't work, you don't live comfortably. The mold in the kitchen (under the sink) was solved by spraying a substance over-top of it. Not a good solution in my opinion. Our apartment wreaked and I worried about toxic mold. Section 8 ruined the complex, in my opinion.
