The Wysteria complex is small and quaint but is extremely old. Cabinetry is shoddy, appliances are in poor con Read Moredition and the indoor light is extremely poor. The heating and window cooling system are also very very old. The rent should never be over $1,000.00 per month, however the owner has started raising rent to stay withing market value but nothing is done to improve the quality of living at Wysteria.

I have been living here since 1/13 it was very nice & quite even with having pets as neighbors they are more q Read Moreuite than the neighbor upstairs. a single woman moved upstairs she is very noisy she tends to stay up very late w/T.V. on & very loud & tends to do her wash at 3am slams patio door which is above our bedroom when she has a gathering her beer cans fall out of the trash she leaves outside her door so they fall on to my front lawn. Otherwise it's excellent to live here. I don't say anything
