707 Leahy is probably the least well run apartment building I have ever lived in. At one time, it was okay, bu Read Moret the quality of living here has really gone downhill. Management changes constantly and service requests take a long time to be addressed. It seems like the only thing that management does is send out e-mails about how some activity or other is violating a lease. The garage is dirty and Christmas trees are still waiting to be picked up. It is not uncommon for the garbage chute to get clogged and have trash spilling out of it. I do hope you publish this comment so that potential residents can get a balanced view on the apartment complex.
