We've never rented a place that we have to pay for water..I have told the managers in the past that there's on Read Morely me and my wife living in a 3 bedroom apt.and we are being charge for 3 people or more ... Well the saddest part is that every single night water is flooding the ground floor cause they use the sprinklers to water the plants..also there would be instances that we try to call the emergency line so many times and no one answers it,what if we forgot something that needs emergency attentio

I moved in Sept.15 ,2012. The apartment had a roach infestation that was not dealt with until the next week th Read Moree exterminator came once and did not return. We decided to try to live out our lease. In December we discovered our heat did not wor and we discovered a mold probelm to go along with the plumbing issues.(refuse backing up in the shower). We ended up in Landlord-Tenant court got out of our lease and moved The onsite manager was rude and useless The amenties listed did not match.

The rent is way too high for this area. Over the last 2 years, we have had 4 different managers during that ti Read Moreme. Each new manager is nice, but worse than the previous one. The new manager does not live on the property, and is only here a couple of days per week; very hard to get in touch with. Outside lights were burned out for weeks, and the front gate was broken for months, before they were fixed or replaced.
