Trash areas could use some cleaning. I think this is mostly because of residents not being clean. I do appreci Read Moreate how management has tried to update these areas with recycling. People do not clean up after their dogs. Management could monitor this better by fining residents or having the landscape workers clean it up if they won't monitor it. Overall very happy with the apartments especially with improvements that have been made.

they do not care about their tenants. very mean staff, have mind setting of if you don't like it, move out Read More no humanism at all. waiting to move out when my lease is over. They raise rent money in the excuse of upgrading the apartment, nothing has been upgraded.

Parking issues getting worse. It is extremely difficult for tennants with more than one car. It something that Read More I will definitely consider when it comes time to renew the lease or not.
