I have a comfortable apartment.

The place that we were shown wasn't what we were moving into, it was the model. The front of our apartment doo Read Morer looked as if it had been previously broken in to. Our neighbors smoked downstairs which came into our vents, when we requested a unit non smoking, my mother has mild asthma, she basically had to rely on her inhaler A LOT more. When we left when our lease was up they accused us of damages that we never created, they were already there.

The facility was poorly managed and the property was horribly maintained. What repairs that I had seen done we Read Morere done by a courteous and nice staff, but I got the impression that they were not allowed to spend money on repairs and had to use remnants and left overs from other jobs. Absolutely atrocious!

At first I was happy to find, what seemed, a decent place at reasonable rent. The office staff was friendly an Read Mored accommodating and maintenance was also friendly and helpful. Over the 2 years I lived at Emerald Place the property slowly went downhill. The grass wasn't green anymore, maintenance was turning lazy in repair work requested, the sidewalks, stairs, and parking lot becoming stained and unsightly, and the "quality" of tenants moving in were lacking and had no control over their kids.
