In general, the unit is good and the office staff are friendly. There is no after hours drop off for your rent Read More check, which makes it difficult sometimes to turn in a rent check if you work late hours. Upon move in, there were several places that needed additional cleaning and maintenance (ex: stains on kitchen ceiling and walls, urine spots on the carpet - management addressed this issue upon our request). The units are fairly priced and our rent has not gone up since moving in 1 year ago.
