Very friendly, they respond quickly to the needs of the customers and the maintenance always waives and says h Read Morei! The grounds are well maintained also.

By far the single strongest factor dragging down my ratings is the way the company deals with water/sewer/garb Read Moreage utility. It simply allocates the total complex utility across all units, so there is no incentive for tenants or the management to use water efficiently (as evidenced by the over-watering around the grounds). And that bill is EXPENSIVE! Easily twice as much as I was paying at my previous place. In addition, the location isn't great, it's pretty isolated from things.

At first the community was excellent. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the residents were conscienti Read Moreous and looked out for each other. Over the last 9 months, however, the atmosphere has definitely dropped. The office staff has changed and they don't seem quite as friendly to the residents they don't see often. There's also been an influx of people who don't live here using the pool and digging through the garbage and loitering in the parking lot at night. Utilities are also expensive.

The areas were always clean, the apartments are very nice, and the staff is always really friendly. Because th Read Moreey pride themselves on an excellen looking apartment upon move-in, the move out costs and fees are extremely high.
