Apartment condition could have been better upon move in. While painted, wall texture very uneven. One of the c Read Moreable outlets is dead. Tub is permanently stained. Bathroom sink is poorly repaired. Appliances showing their age. Microwave turntable mis-sized and nonfunctional.
