I love everything about the apartments, the only reason why ingave a good overall rating instead of excellent Read Moreis because of some of the neighbors. In general everyone is quiet and keeps to themselves but there are a few who are loud and let their children run around the parking area.

I hate the parking situation and I also don't like the thin-ness of the walls ( you can hear everything!) afte Read Morer a while bugs start appearing in your home and you have to fumigate. During the spring is when the ants come. It's a good complex for the price.

Regarding pest control, we do provide monthly pest control service for all of our residents. Should you wish to schedule an appointment with our pest control company for ants, please contact the management office and we would be more than glad to schedule a convenient time for you. At this time we have no open maintenance requests for your apartment home.

I really enjoy living in this complex and I have recommended it to everyone I know who is looking for a new ap Read Moreartment complex. It's definitely a little pricier than other complexes, especially since less of the utilities are covered, but the safety of the complex, location, friendly staff and amenities make up for it. I especially appreciate the fact that the complex doesn't just allow anyone is, so it maintains a safe family environment (unlike some Sac complexes I've seen).

I have issues with the gate. It takes awhile to get it to open. also, when we leave, you have to either use Read Morethe remote or get right up on it. I have had several maintenance issues since we moved in. Some done timely, while others to a long while. But just too many within the first few months.
