Communication from management and staff needs to be better in responding to resident inquiries. Maintenance n Read Moreeeds to be more diligent in looking for and removing trash which is not properly disposed of. One parking space (in addition to garage) should be designated to each unit or visitor parking spaces should be identified. Parking can be difficult when there are many visitors on weekends and/or residents park multiple vehicles on the property.
