Excellent location. Buildings are well maintained and secure. No bugs, had ants show up couple times (in 2+ ye Read Morears) and the offices scheduled service promptly. My apartment is quiet but the walls between apartments are are not well insulated so if you have loud next door neighbors you will hear them. Assigned parking in the gated area plus plenty of parking outside of gated area. Like the apartment layout.

There are a lot of louder people in the complex and in the neighborhood. My upstairs neighbors would have sma Read Morell kids running around continuously at all hours of the night. The office staff was polite but upon move out I was not given the option of a pre-move-out inspection and then my security deposit was kept and I was charged an additional $150. The complex parking is TERRIBLE - the spaces were so tiny that I often parked down the street to avoid trying to get in and out of my space.
