Our lease terms are: 3 months, 4 months, 5 months, 6 months, 7 months, 8 months, 9 months, 10 months, 11 months, 12 months, 13 months (Please note that lease terms may vary, are subject to change without notice, and are based on availability. Inquire with property staff for complete details).
Pet Policy: No more than two animals each weighing 60 pounds or less full-grown are allowed per apartment. Animals must be no less than six (6) months of age. Aggressive breeds will not be allowed. A $300.00 per cat and $500.00 per dog deposit, a monthly pet rent of $30.00 per cat and $50.00 per dog with be required and prior approval from management will be required. Aquariums will be allowed with a 20-gallon maximum on the first floor only with proof of insurance for the entire term of the lease.

I don't think you want me spreading the word concerning my experience so far. If things change and progress i Read Moren a positive direction that could quite possibly change. I am a reasonable man. Just FYI, the bothersome nature of my upstairs is not good. He is also drilling and cutting into various places in his apartment and puncturing holes in the a/c vents in my apartment. I was cleaning the vent covers in my place when I noticed what appeared to be fresh clean holes about the diameter of my thumb near the outlet. His reason for this I do not know and do not wish to know. However he is causing damage to your property and the sounds I have heard are undeniable in their origin.

I have been so happy living at the Lofts 677 for almost 3 years. It's a perfect location with great amenities Read Moreand the staff is always friendly. I don't have any complaints.

Hire a new decorator and project manager for the remodel. Get rid of the ugly glass in the lobby and bring th Read Moree shells back! Reimburse the residents for the entire time our courtyard and grills were unusable because the time it took to complete that was ridiculous. And to not have it at all for summer?? If it's not broke don't fix it! Please improve the gym--I use that way more than the courtyard!
