Our lease terms are: Price range is based on flexible lease length and specific move-in date.. Cat Policy: Maximum 2 Cats per apartment, $55.00 pet rent, $350.00 pet deposit, Pet Restrictions: Small pets (30 lbs or less) are $55/month. Large pets (31-79 lbs) are $85/month. Extra large pets (80 lbs or more) are $100/month. Deposit is per home, rent is per pet. Maximum of 2 pets per home. Dog Policy: Maximum 2 Dogs per apartment, $55.00 pet rent, $400.00 pet deposit, Pet Restrictions: Our pet-friendly community welcomes most breeds of dogs in select buildings. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.
