Although we love living here, we do have a few issues. there are some outside lights that have been broken for Read More a while that no one seems to try and fix, The front entrance gate has broken down several times in under a year that we've lived here, and the equipment in the gym is sparse and most of the cardio machines are usually unplugged without a cord in site rendering said equipment quite useless.

The condition of the apartment was fair, there were a few things that were promised to be taken care of that w Read Moreeren't. Ex the silicone in the kitchen sink, the towel rack that was loose. The parking situation isn't ideal, but is still fair for what is to be expected due to walk we have to make across the complex. The building exteriors and hallways have a lot of cobwebs and look like they really never get attended to.

Although I realize that it is a standard practice at any apartment complex, I do not agree with raising monthl Read Morey rent fees every year when the apartment complex and the aprtment itself is a year older. Why do residents have to pay more for an older apartment? If anything, the loyal residents should get a break on their rent fees, or not be subject to an increase at the very least.
