Pet Policy: No more than two animals each weighing 60 pounds or less full-grown are allowed per apartment. Animals must be no less than six (6) months of age. Aggressive breeds will not be allowed. A $300.00 per cat and $500.00 per dog deposit, a monthly pet rent of $30.00 per cat and $50.00 per dog with be required and prior approval from management will be required. Aquariums will be allowed with a 20-gallon maximum on the first floor only with proof of insurance for the entire term of the lease. Breed

lovely place to live...super service and personnel! A great place to call home . The entire staff always Read More greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are open 24//7 which is a great plus. I love the convenience of the elevator, storage and the covered parking garage.

The management and staff are very nice and do what they can to resolve any issues, however, the thinness of th Read Moree walls pushes all of the niceties of living here aside. Granted I have a noisy neighbor, but I can even hear when my neighbor is talking to a visitor or on the phone, when watching TV, or opening and shutting cupboards, basically just doing normal daily activities. I don't know what can be done about this, but it is to the point where if it wasn't so expensive to do so, I would break my lease now and find another, quieter place to live.
