The MRV are in an awesome location, just minutes away from shopping, resturants, theaters and freeway access. Read MoreEverything that was needed was provided right on the property; pool, gym, rec. room computer room and scheduled resident social events.

Like the complex as a whole. Would have ranked it higher but there isn't enough parking and the spots are so s Read Moremall. Also, the building numbers are very hard to see after dark making it difficult for a taxi to pick you up. The staff however are very courteous and always willing to assist when needed.

The apartments are well maintained, the facility is pet-friendly, the location is good, and the staff generall Read Morey helpful. The only real negative is the almost total absence of guest parking.

With the last administration I never found that they really care for their residents but for their moneys. So Read Moresad, they went through some remodeling and ask us to leave the appartment and they didn't even reimbourse the whole deposit. So tiring trying to fight for some dollars they decided to keep. The noise insulation is so poor that every resident really has a lot of issues listening to every single step of their neighbors and noise from other appartments.

The complex has very thin walls so you can hear everything. The trails have tons of dog feces everywhere. The Read Moreparking situation is a complete nightmare and having guests is such a hassle. To top it off, the staff are some of the worst in the industry. I will not be suggesting this place to anyone
