Minimum one year lease, rent $2800/month, $1500 security deposit available February 1st, 2013. No sublets! Must carry renters insurance and agree to wellbeing home inspections with 3 days notice. Must agree to allow any repair/service persons access to home within reasonable business hours or outside of those hours if emergency repairs are determined to be necessary. Pets must be housebroken! Dogs only, limit 2, must clean up after them, no other pets including cats, snakes, mice, hamsters, fish, etc. Sign lease agreement before December 31, 2012 with $1500 security deposit and save $1500 off 1st months rent!!
