Management is top of the line. We need help with:The building needs a better: 1) recycle program; cardboard Read More breakdown area next to compost 2) climate control; e.g.: reflective silver miniblinds, solar panels on the roof, water broom the garage and sidewalks 3) kitchen ventilation; the exhaust vents need to vent out from as many units as possible. Hallways smell like fish often. smoke detectors constantly going off. smokers in the building 4) bathroom ventilation; higher speed fans, the fan control isolated on the switch from the lights so that we can leave on 24 hours 5) rooftop access; in case of fire, no lock on the door, solar panels to keep building cool 6) security; strangers constantly walk in the building, sign that bathroom is in the food lobby, tenant access to front lobby camera 7) communication with the city on constant spear st construction; for the past 15 years, they have been tearing up spear st to lay new fiber optics and sewer, just keep it simple and lay a large underground utility tunnel under the street so that the ever increasing demand for bandwidth can be scaled up. if you think spear st construction will end soon, you are wrong. demand for fiber optics and bandwidth will keep going up from these neighbors (Amazon, google,salesforce,.....) 8) BMR vs fair market value fairness. lots of cheaters on that program. my boss pays me under the table so my income is low... -actual neighbor
