During move in, the apartment though new, was not in a great condition, the flooring was damaged and sticky, t Read Morehere were nails poping out of the carpet which were pretty dangerous. After move in, I didnt have much much to complain about. I had scheduled a move out inspection and noone turned up. I had to call them up and remind them twice. If there is any delay in keeping up with the appointment, they should atleast call up and keep the tenants informed.

Overall the community is very quite, amenities are nice, staff is very helpful and approachable, apartments ar Read Moree brand new and appliances are modern (and of good quality). Issues in the past with garbage disposal due to which elevator access areas would stink a lot, buts its primarily because occupants do not dispose trash properly. Shared utility bills are way more than other communities. Air-conditioning across the common hallways are always ON making it too cold.
