Resided since May 2012, and really like my unit. Look forward to coming home each day. It is a quiet communit Read Morey near the Coyote creek bike trail. Spa is well maintained, appliances are readily replaced if needed, the staff protect privacy, provide good communication of issues affecting residents, and enforce parking. Benefit from easy access to freeways, shopping, and public transit. Fortunate to have the opportunity to live here, as you can guess from my residing for over 4 years. What a find! On the outside, a salt water pool and hot tub, gym, full set up BBQs, and quiet walkways, all of Read Morewhich are surrounded by gorgeous tall trees and covered in greenery. Neighborhood folks are friendly, animal lovers and young people as well as children. Inside the apartment, the kitchens are spacious and open into the dining and living areas. My apartment balcony is shaded by a few trees including a massive redwood; the trees do wonders for keeping it cool indoors. On top of every thing the location puts it out of the way of any foot traffic, but just off the freeway for immediate access to work, errands, and any and all adventures.
