      I have lived at this residence for over a year. The staff is friendly and helpful; the manager is always on to Read Morep of things. The maintenance staff are quick to fix anything that is broken. The grounds are beautiful: lots of mature trees, grass, and flowers. The building I'm in is always clean. I had some issues with neighbor's smoke getting in my apartment and the manager took care of it immediately. The neighborhood is good: it is residential on one side, there is a library next door, and a hospital across the street. Also close by are a light rail station and 2 freeways. A new shopping center was just built down the street last year. There is both a park and a dog park within walking distance. Before I moved in I toured several apartments. There were new floors-carpet or laminate, and granite countertops. There is a 3 story building on one end that is only 1 bedroom apartments. The rest of the complex is 2 bedroom apartments. The 2 bedroom apartments have patios. In my place the bathroom is big, and I have a great view of the foothills. There are a lot of kids and dogs, but never any mess; it is definitely a great place for families. There is an after school program on site, and there will be a summer program as well. There is a pool, several playgrounds, and sand for the kids to play in. My only complaints would be that the walls are thin and the dryers in my building seem to break often. But I would definitely recommend the complex, especially to families. I really enjoy living here.

      Overall the place is keep clean, repairs happen quickly, and the place is ok. The downside is there is frequen Read Moret car break ins, the parking situation is terrible. People who violate other residents parking spots are not dealt with. there is no warning, no tickets, or car being towed. So repeat offenders keep parking where ever they want. If your not use to hearing sirens you will be soon and firecrackers.
