There is a constant mold issue in the bathroom. The property manager has increased my rent 45 to 70 dollars ev Read Moreery year. although there has been maintenance/ remodeling on the apartment building , windows inside the apartment units and sliding doors increasing the rent every year is becoming quite expensive. also I am not particularly fond of the washer and dryer unit here on site. I go to a local laundromat to wash my clothes and have better results.

Bel Mark Apartments Resident
Current managers act like they own the place. Cameras were placed when they first moved in without any notice Read Moreor signs. They wash their car in the underground carport where it is slippery and I have almost fallen on it. Use a charcol grill on their patio even though residents were told they could not. Never in the office but seen out shopping during the day when they should be in the office. No extra parking for residents to pay for but managers allow friends to park in the extra spaces.
