Certified Resident

Building is well maintained overall, though their elevators seem to break pretty often. There is a spa, barbec Read Moreue area, clubhouse, basketball court, and gym in the building which I really like. However, the hours for the gym are too restrictive for me and my work schedule and it's upsetting that the hours are so (only open from 8am - 10pm).

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately the situation with Elevator 2 was out of our control when it broke. We have done all we could to have the elevator company fix it and thankfully it's been working well for the past several months. In regards to the Fitness Room it can be used 24 hours a day as long as residents are mindful that there are residents in the unit above the Fitness Room. Residents are usually informed of this at the lease signing. We apologize for the miscommunication.
