Management was great and cooperative with any issues that came up. However, there should be more focus on pest Read More control; even with an extermination, there were a lot of bugs within the apartment.

I'm in between good and average. My main concern is the lack of attention to detail in the apartments (constru Read Morection wise). This is to the extent where it effects daily living. For as much as I am paying, $1700+/month without utilities for a 1bdrm, there are certain faults that I do not expect in this particular price range. No, I do not expect a palace, but for this amount of money, I should not have to schedule hot water usage depending on my neighbors to ensure that it does not run out.

The employees are very friendly, professional and helpful. On the rare occasions that I needed maintenance, t Read Morehe response was quick. The main drawback to the community is that it is NOT smoke-free. Makes it difficult to have windows open and to enjoy the balcony.

Excellent staff! The entire Versailles staff, are friendly, considerate and very accomadating. If I ever nee Read Mored maintenance in my apartment, the response time is expedient. The grounds and lake are well maintained, as is the exterior of the buildings. Most importantly, for me, I feel very safe and secure in this complex. I love it here at Versailles on the Lake.
