I love the view from my apartment. I can see the duck pond and the pool. And I love the layout of the studio Read More that I have. I have an indoor laundry facility and plenty of closet space. I can walk to everything.

Very well located apartments, right next to south coast plaza, but the management is somewhat deceptive and we Read More did not get most of our deposit back because they were not honest in many issues, very unfortunate.

There were bedbugs in the apartment. We did not get back anything from our security deposit even though the ap Read Moreartment was in a very good state when we left.

It was INFESTED with roaches!! I fumigated it multiple times, had roach motels everywhere; I even hired a week Read Morely cleaning lady. But roaches everywhere! I woke up with them crawling on me. Had them in my coffee cup & inside all my cupboards!! I stopped buying food & kept EVERYTHING in the fridge! Still no help! The office staff kept saying to just cover the drains! DID NOT MAKE A DIFFERENCE! Left as soon as lease was up-- they took more than 1/2 my deposit to "clean the place"!!!
