The only thing good about my time at the canyon country villas was the price of rent. The apartment smelled li Read Moreke pet urine since I moved in, the walls needed repaint, the carpet dirty, the sink and shower stained and chipped, the stove dirty and needed repainting, at the end of my lease, my security deposit was discounted for all of these items which were like that since I moved in, I am a single man with no pets, young kids, live alone, and am at work 60 hours per week, rarely home

In 15 months living here my AC has broken twice and the heat four times. I realize that things break, but it i Read Mores the incompetent response to repairs that I find unacceptable. They only have repairmen scheduled on certain days a week. So if something breaks and it's not that repair and day to be here then you are out of luck.

When I moved in, I had to clean all of the cupboards because they were sticky. The washer/dryer unit had a thi Read Moreck coating of rust on top from previous flooding, the dishwasher was full of dead spiders, and one of the toilets leaked. I called management about all of this and it took them 2 weeks to fix the toilet, the rest I had to deal with myself. In late August, the upstairs unit flooded my garage, I was told to "contact your insurance".
