Leasing Terms

Lease Terms: month to month, 6, 9, 12 and 14 months. Security Deposits: $600. Pet Policy: There is a $35 monthly pet rent per pet and a $500 pet security deposit for the first pet and an additional $300 deposit on a second pet. You may have the following combination: 1 dog/1 cat or 2 cats. There are breed restrictions and all dogs must be under 35 lbs fully grown.

I think overall they do a good job of keeping the community in good condition. I wish the staff would be more Read Moreorganized with communicating in relation to servuce calls. Tenants have to call for follow up or wait to get home and see if a note was left. Id prefer knowing before getti g home.

Overall it was a great place to live. Very well kept and I liked that no one was above or below you. Our big Read Moregest complaint was the parking situation - there was NEVER anywhere to park when we had guests. The good thing is that you have your own private garage, but my husbands truck didn't quite fit so he was constantly having to park really far away.

I never had any issues with the neighbors. The office people manager seems to not care for helping. When we wo Read Moreuld go in to ask questions she would make us wait for someone else to help us.

What I did love about living at the Colony Townhomes was feeling like I lived in a house and that maintenance Read Morerequests were always handled in a timely manner and the maintenance staff was SO nice and trustworthy. I never felt uneasy about them being in my home if I wasn't there.
I HATED the parking there! It was HORRIBLE! Residents parked in all the guest parking spots so there were never places to park in the complex. Supposedly, residents are not supposed to do that but it is not enforced.
