They claimed to have washed the floors with Flea treatment, but my first night there I found fleas and it look Read Moreed like it had just been vacuumed (they blamed my dog that was in LA). There were holes in the walls and the backsplash of the stove was burnt and in my initial walk that was pointed out but they tried to charge me for it @ move out along w/ a shampoo that I'm sure they never actually did. They're super shady.

Affordable housing in Santa Cruz is hard to come by (especially if you have pets), so we got what we paid for Read More(even though that price was way too high). The place was completely overcrowded (4-5 person families living in one-bedroom apartments). Management was extremely slow to complaints. We had water leaking out of the bathroom ceiling fan and they gave us a bucket to put under it until it was finally fixed two months later. And my car was vandalized in the parking lot.

Cons: Value of rental not worth the price. Constant yard work. Sometimes inefficient maintenance. This walls. Read MoreExpensive utilities.
Pros: pretty good laundry, when they all worked. Relatively nice office staff, one not great worker though. Nice facilities. Near but motto near downtown and beaches.

Very disappointed with the laundry facility, I have not been able to use it for about 6 months now, old machin Read Morees always breaking down. I've been force to use coin laundry facility 3 blocks from here.
Even if all machines are working the ratio of machines per number of residents is very low, the waiting line when machines used to be operational was from 1 t 3 hours.
