Relatively quiet and peaceful. Maintenance responded quickly when needed and worked around my schedule. Howeve Read Morer, they raised the rent so significantly after my 12 month lease was up, I had to move out. ($150 more per month)

It was a beautiful apartment ment. The grounds were landscaped with skill. Also I loved the beauty of the pool Read More and hot tub area. Attached to the office a common area could be reserved for special events. This room had a carved wooden ceiling with inlaid portraits. These high ceilings speak of another time and give grace to what would usually be an ordinary room.

My problem with Creekside was the rent was raised too often and too high. I went from paying $776.00 a month i Read Moren 2009 to $1,165 (that was almost a $400.00 jump) and if I did not sign a lease they were asking for $1,595 month to month. I moved out in May. I lived in a one bedroom apartment by myself.

It was a great place to live, but read the fine print. Moving out will cost you dearly. Assume that they will Read Moretake the vast majority of your deposit. I felt a little as though they were using my deposit money to complete regular maintainance, rather than expecting normal wear and tear. As a departing tenent, you are expected to get the apartment ready for the next tenent to move in. Dust was left on the top edge of kitchen cabinets so I had to pay $100 for a "partial clean."

The pricing of the uits is a big turn off....the price changed day to day, even hour to hour at times during t Read Morehe renalt process. it was rediculous. Like buying a plane ticket and then being locked in at a rae higher than someone who came inn the nest day. I'll never do that again. Also, the tennants were undesireable neighbors and the staff was very rude and acted like security guards rather than property managers. Veruy ppor customer service skills towards tennants
