I think there is 30-40 units, maybe more here. We have 6 washers and 6 dryers. Never has their. been more tha Read Moren maybe, 4, of either working at once. When it rains, the side walks and parking lots are so flooded, we wear plastic bags over our shoes , so we are not soaked. My landlord is great , my neighbors are great, tired of bringing my clothes to work and back just to get them clean.

Bad turnaround time for maintance. Deducted a big amount from deposit they mentioned they had to clean the apa Read Morertment when the apartment was cleaned to standards and they mentioned they had to paint when there was no need there where no scratches on the walls nor could they provide me with pictures of why they charged for paint or cleaning.

The is one of the worst apartments that I have ever lived in my life. The police were call weekly and the kids Read More were unruly running up and down the stairs unsupervised, and their was outside traffic always in the apartment due to a tenant selling candy and other items out of their apartment. I told the manager of all these event and she was to afraid to do anything so we suffered in silenced.
